Interview
There was no interview. When I went in there for an interview the lady at the reception sent me downstairs for an interview but it was a training institute where they didn't even interview me properly, asked two questions and without even giving me time to think declared that whatever I learned from the classes I had taken was completely useless and started persuading to take admission into the training institute. This felt like a total scam. I don't know how many people have been scammed into this garbage. If you just wanted to advertise your training institute you could have done it over the telephone, you don't need to call in candidates for the "interview".
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Maestro Intellect

First one is technical round which is quite difficult. And second is HR round which is for completing the formalities.
