3 separate interviews. 1. Virtual with the recruiter, Executive Director and one of the founders. Following this I was asked to take a professional leadership assessment (personality test) 2. In person with ED and 2 to other staff members 3. Would have been with the ED and aboard member. (3rd interview was called off due to scheduling conflict.
