Pre screen phone interview. First onsite interview was with the whole devops team. Second onsite was meeting with dev leads. There were some technical questions but most of the interview was focused on how I work and my experiences at previous companies. Once I got past the first few questions in the first onsite interview it was more of a conversation. If you decide to interview at MX be sure to relax and just treat it like a normal conversation with your friend.
