MTrec Recruitment & Training interview questions

was invited for the next stage of the interview process a "shadow day" from 11:15-8pm. was told previously it is set salary and no info for the job. got there and was taken on a train to a different area to do door to door sales for cancer research and informed it is commission based. complete waste of time. job advert is misleading

In my extensive career using agencies from all over the country for both personal career development and recruitment for my company I have never encountered such incompetence to this level. You could write a comedy sketch from my experience(s) with them. They don't get back to you, ever. The receptionist fields calls and 'pies you off' when you've not had a phone call back as you were promised when you last got 'pied off' by her. Even the office in Newcastle is in a stinking back lane difficult to get in to, which should have told me enough about them already.
