Very thorough. Personality based while still clearly recruiting for specific characteristics. Genuine and at the same time professional. Appreciated how light and friendly it felt. Three part process but communicating the step by step all the way. Made it more engaging as well as gave me a better idea if i even wanted to take the opportunity.

The interview process is pretty. It starts with an initial phone call and then an in person interview. The in person interview is easy as well but everything felt very scripted and the person doing the interview showed no personality, almost a robot.
