Difficult with unusual questions. There were questions about family and other personal matters not related to the position. Questions concerning dress style and culture were understandable but still unusual. They repeated the questions several times.

Interview
The interviewer is extremely easy to talk to. All the questions asked are very basic questions. There will be a total of 2 interviews. The first one is with a Financial Manager and the second one is with the Operations Manager. Half of the interview is the employer discussing the daily work activities and the potential of becoming a full time advisor after graduation. They will pay for your licensing.
