Interview
We had a friendly and engaging meeting with the CEO, which was balanced between technical discussions and project-related topics. Part of the conversation focused on our technical approach, including the technologies used, system design decisions, and problem-solving strategies. The rest of the meeting covered the project itself, such as goals, progress, challenges, and future plans. Overall, it was a positive and insightful discussion that provided both technical clarity and a better understanding of the project direction.

Interview
I joined the interview on time, waited on the call, and no one showed up or contacted me. I also didn’t receive any message about a delay or rescheduling. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and reflected poor communication and coordination.

Interview
The first screening interview was quite general and quick, after one gets a "homework" to finish in one week of 4 different tasks (actually som of them are quite interesting, but hard as well). Then there is a coding session, and for interns that is much air than the "homework".
