Interview
Initial phone interview to ask a few questions about myself as a basic screen.
Teams interview. Small amount of people with a lot of both senior and lower management staff.
Interview was 1 hour, with various breakouts.
First was more a get to know you, then it was a one on one with a client experience coach, then a group interview with just myself and two senior interviewers.
Overall it was a good experience. It was professional and well organised.
The staff were polite and informative.
