The recruiter called me after seeing my resume on ZipRecruiter and she was a wonderful. The training was minimal but the products were easy to sell and I enjoyed selling a solid product that I believed in. The caveat with this company is that the management is concerned only with themselves rather than assisting their field staff which 90% of the company is composed of. As long as they are getting their pay they are not concerned about addressing our issues in the field or helping us reach people in the company responsible for changes to bonus structures which really took it down turn fall of 2022.
