They emailed me to set up a phone interview after two month later I applied online. The interview was with the researcher, not the HR personnel. The lady was very friendly and nice. The questions were mostly related with my Ph.D. work and my perceptions of current systems. I got a contact and found out that I was scheduled to do a in-person interview. But even after two months later, I have not gotten any contact from them.
