Generally you are tested on your ability to solve problems in a high pressured situation. It is imperative that the interviewee remain calm and be attentive and speak with authority about subject matter they are challenged on.

Do a technical presentation on a topic no one in the room knows about. Be thorough in explaining the core concepts and by all means, showcase the depth of your knowledge.

Interview
Easiest interview ever. Basically, they sat me down and told me how great I was and how lucky they are to have me interview with them. In fact, one of my interviewers asked me if I was going to be too bored at the company.
Their enthusiasm, of course, did not extend to my salary negotiation. Because I had been in academia my whole life, they dinged me based on my previous salary. What a weird company.
