MINES AND ASSOCIATES Operations interview questions

The process was very extensive. It involved 3 interviews. The last interview was essentially a psychological evaluation. I was given no warning about this and simply told the last interview was to see if O was a good fit for the company culture. It ended up being an almost 3 hour evaluation.
