The interview process is a 5 stage process in India. I was hired from Campus placement. 1. Psychometric and Aptitude test 2. Group Discussion 3. HR Interview 4. Interview by the Country Head/Manager 5. Interview with the Group CEO/MD

Question 1
1. The Aptitude test was very basic test on Arithmetic capability, Logical and Reasoning, and Verbal capability. 2. Group Discussion was on social topic to be spoken of. 3. Interview with the HR was on basic front on asking about the JD and what are the ideas you have to inculcate in the department. 4. Interview with country head was difficult and is asked based upon the CV you have shared and ideas you are sharing during the interview process. 5. Interview with the Group CEO /MD was a very easy going, as you are just asked about the ambition and the goal you have in your life and what is expected of you in the company.
Overall legthy process but good experience throughout. 6 or 7 steps, start from Written test then last step is MD interview in between several steps are there like HR then Head of HR interview.
