MDPI interview questions

The process was straightforward, each individual asked a series of questions. there were three other people in the room. They asked behavioral and situational questions. Each person asked at least three questions. Mainly specific to the role itself and about my past experience like "tell us about a time when you did..." or "how do you work with many different stakeholders"

The interview process was straightforward. Started with an editing assessment and then invited to interview in person. The interview was in front of a panel of HR and team members, include the team lead.
