They gave us a task to do beforehand, where we were given a spreadsheet and tasked to parse key information from it. We then gave a presentation on how this data would influence our qualitative market research strategy if we were given the position. We had to give this presentation during the interview before continuing on to standardized interview questions.

Interview
1st stage: online meeting with line manager and partnership manager
2nd stage: face to face interview with a case study (a week to prepare)
3rd stage: online meeting with line managers (got the confirmation during the meeting)
