I received call from consultant for opportunity for backend developer . I made my expectations really clear at very first call on which I was told compensation isn’t any issue.
I went down to their office same day I received call around 5pm .
Each round included a small discussion on my recent projects while last round was followed by my roles and responsibilities as I sensed I was about to get offer hence these questions were asked .
First round :
DS problems followed by java
Second Round :
DS problems followed by java
Third round :
Design around plus DS problems
I got interviewed on Friday night got offer mail on Saturday morning .
I shared all needed documents by Monday .
It’s been 2 weeks I see no revert.
On speaking to consultant , I was told about budget constraints.
This is totally unprofessional both from Lybrate and the consultant.
They are just looking for someone who can work for cheap .
On speaking to HR of Lybrate, she further clarified that they have drives on Saturday and if other candidates denies they my profile will be considered . They are keeping my profile on priority and update me asap which eventually never happened and also suggested to look for other opportunities.
