First screening with a recruiter, following that, another 3 rounds. initially with the CEO for cultural fit, then followed by a portfolio review, which is fairly standard. Final round was down to a unpaid task, which was then presented back to a larger audience in the management team from various departments

Expanding on further detail and processes during portfolio presentations
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Luxid Group in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was good but very drawn out. It consisted of a recruiter call, a call with the CEO, and then another call with the wider team, plus a task. The job seemed great but it took over three months to finally be informed that despite being successful it was no longer possible to hire for the role due to client losses. A real shame but understandable given the circumstances. However, it does seem like people have been hired recently for similar roles.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Luxid Group (Austin, TX) in Jan 2024
Interview
First two interviews were really informal. The team was great to talk to and very transparent. The next step was a task, which I’m not a huge fan of and I was ghosted after that portion.
