Highly technical and curt. Interviewer did not care at all about soft skills including communication, leadership style, past experience, or anything of the sort. Had a list of questions for me and stuck to them.

Interview
First round: 1 hour interview. Technical questions about manufacturing processes and solving issues that arise in manufacturing environments.
Second round: 2 1.5 hour interview. First interview is another technical interview about manufacturing. Second interview was a role play situation, this part was challenging. Everyone I interviewed with was nice and helpful during the process.

Interview
First it was a screening virtual interview which lasted about 45mins. Second was a virtual 3 hour interview round which was sub divided into 2 rounds where I interacted with 2 engineers each. First one was technical and second was a role play.

Two part interview. 1-2 hours interview, then a two part 3 hour second interview. Questions were pretty conceptual and tested critical thinking rather than generic interview questions. Need to have knowledge in manufacturing processes, materials, assembly.

Asked to disassemble a pen and explain how each part was designed/manufactured. Asked some fairly general technical/engineering-related questions.
Second interview asked about the assembly and manufacturing of one of their dimmer switches. Second part involved a role-play scenario where they explore your critical thinking.
