Interview
Interviewed at campus and then had a telephone interview with the manager. I was asked to solve a puzzle with 3 bulbs in a room and to detect which swtich would turn them on.
Well set-up, clear and concise questioning and I was able to comfortably joke around with my interviewer. Questions asked were relevant to the conversation and the interviewers reflected upon my answer giving me insight towards their workplace and the importance of specific attitudes and behaviors for the role.

Question 1
First interview was a mix of behavioral and technical questions all related towards engineering, built up from describing the characteristics of capacitor to basic power electronics understandings designing a specific circuit alongside the interviewer. Second interview was a review of my technical background and general behavioral questions.
