I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics
Interview
They set up a time for an interview through an anonymous email with no actual member CC'd. Not that big of a problem a 45-minute interview. The interviewer spent about 10 minutes talking about his career at Lutron and let me introduce myself for about half the time. Then we went straight to a brain teaser question about light switches (lol). After that, it was straight to technical questions that were a bit construed and not super defined but it was just an interview. It did seem as the company was quite out of touch in trying to interview the candidate.
