I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Coopersburg, PA) in Apr 2021
Interview
Lengthy is the best word to describe this process. Hours and hours spent creating and practicing a presentation. Interview day was split in half by three long hours, meaning a full day off of current employment. Minimal feedback then provided to learn that the job had already been filled. Referred to a different department as a possibility and went through a second full round on interviews only to not receive an offer. No feedback whatsoever provided. Stop wasting people's time.

Question 1
Ridiculous 'what if' scenarios that were highly unlikely and interviewers not content with realistic solutions given. Seemed like it was made up on the spot.

Interview
The first interview was an hour long phone screen. The second interview process consisted of meeting with multiple employees that would be on your team. The third interview process consists of another three hour interview with upper management. I was given the opportunity to provide a presentation and was asked situational questions that allowed me to show my ability to fix problems that often come up in the job.
