I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics in Jan 2019
Interview
Asked a very simple CS question. The most offputting aspect of this was that the main interviewer was really disinterested from the getgo. Seemed like they read my resume for the first time in front of me. Didn't really want to answer my questions about the company (some very odd answers - "do you get to interact with the product, etc.?" and the response was "I saw the lightbulbs on the first day and then kind of just started coding and never thought about it since") and was just generally not in a good mood it seemed. The actual interview was very easy whiteboarding and discussion of projects.
