I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Blacksburg, VA) in Sept 2017
Interview
I spoke with a recruiter at my schools career fair and was called afterwards for an on-campus interview the next day. I was interviewed by the engineer I spoke with at the career fair, as well as another engineer who called in over speakerphone. I used the interviewers laptop to code on a website where the other interviewer (phone) could also see what I was writing.

Question 1
FizzBuzz but it was disguised as a different problem. I was asked to implement it, and then afterwards there were constraints added to the original problem. I was then asked if there was any other way to implement it, I did so recursively (iteratively the first time). I was finally asked to compare the pros and cons of the iterative implementation vs the recursive implementation.
