there was three stages.
in depth conversations which went well.
then they pulled the role in the last minute just before offer stage.
upper management is mixed.
interview process was good, but disappointing to start a process that ultimately they werent prepared for.
Progressed to an offer stage, they were promising a lot of growth, it sounded great. Till they pulled the offer last minute and made 25% of their workforce redundant. It's a shame because it seemed like a good company, but i've heard that the senior leadership team doesn't really have any direction.
