Six weeks after applying, they called me for a phone interview. It lasted about 45 minutes and consisted mostly of standard questions about experience. It seemed to be going well until the last few minutes when the interviewer asked for my exact current salary (pretty sure that's illegal in CA). I said I'd rather not discuss that so early in the process; he seemed annoyed and tried to pressure me into revealing it. At the end, he told me they'd like to bring me in for an in person interview, and to email him with my availability. However, they never responded to my email (or my followup a week later). Poor overall experience due to the aggressive salary questioning and lack of communication.

Phone interview for 15 min. with the manager. But my case is different. It's a contract position. Most of the questions are related to your previous work experience and you passion towards the target position. Be prepared.
