The interview was pretty simple, mostly behavioural questions, some questions on the LCOS product itself so make sure to study up on that. Typically two engineers/managers will interview you, and more often then not, you will end up working with one of them closely.
The interview process was highly unprofessional, poorly organized, and lacked clear communication. It felt like a complete waste of time, as there was no proper structure or respect for the candidate’s time and expectations.
3min HR call and 15min hiring manager interview. The role did not even exist they were doing just for sake of it, and clearly no one was interested in the role, infact I am a new graduate from Masters, why did they even bother?
