Lumenci interview questions

Pretty much just went through the resume and asked me to talk about my experience. Wanted full details and would ask questions for more clarification. Was clear they were looking to see how i thought about doing things when i did the projects and that it was me who actually did the work.

I am still in the process, but the phone screening went well. Next step is Assessment and then two rounds of technical interviews, one with junior developers and then with more senior developers and executives.
