How does your experience in ____ relate to the role you're applying for?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lucidea (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
I interviewed with Lucidea at Los Angeles office. It was 3 hours interview process with Java and Javascript Quiz, containing a basic programs and multiple choice questions. Very basic. I was surprised because all the questions are very basic but of course you need to see most of them from school tests. But I didn't do great because the task have to be taken with a simple Microsoft word without using internet. It was my fault that I thought I will have access to internet.
Java 18 Questions for an hour and a break and JavaScripts 12 Questions for 45 minutes. I mostly work with IDE so I was kind of strange for me to write codes in a paper. (I have only done that way at schools.)
But overall, I enjoyed the whole interview process. Manager is very nice, super friendly and explained about all the products they're working on and details about the company, introduced to all the staff members (PS. It's a very small team so they have only about 8 people total).
So if you enjoy working in a small team, office. This is great. And you will end up working on everything, not only specific parts. :)
