I went through five rounds of interviews, all technical, with two conducted at their Baner office. After completing four rounds, the HR team went silent for nearly four weeks without any communication. Eventually, I was asked to attend another interview from the office, but after that, I was again ghosted with no updates.
This process felt highly unprofessional. If a candidate were to reject or ghost after accepting an offer, the blame would fall entirely on the candidate. Yet, when companies do the same, there is little accountability. Clear communication and timely updates are basic expectations in any recruitment process, and unfortunately, this was lacking here.
