      Interview

      HR round took about 30 mins with basic HR questions related to the things listed in resume. Got a response very quick about going to the second round of interview with upper management. Although I didn’t get selected, the 1 hour of interview had a lot to learn. I also got a feedback on why my application was rejected and tips on how to improve myself.

      Interview

      I had an amazing experience with Loopio's interview process. It was organized, thoughtful, and the interviews felt more like conversations than your typical job interview. It was truly an experience. Julian, who guided me through the process, was exceptional. As a candidate, I've never felt so supported and valued. He answered all my questions (with super quick response times) and made sure I knew what was going on at every step of the process. The team members I met were genuine and really cared about what I had to say. I will never forget this experience.

      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Loopio in Apr 2018

      Interview

      I had a phone screening with a recruiter from the company asking general questions about my background and why I wanted to work in customer support, and at Loopio etc. Shortly after I was invited into the office for an in person interview. The interview consisted of three parts: 1) Situational based questions and experience questions. 2) Email situation exercise answering hypothetical client scenarios. 3) Questions I had for the team or about Loopio in general. I did not make it past this stage but had a pleasant experience. I followed up asking for feedback on my interview as I am looking to start a career in the SaaS field. I just received a general reply saying they were looking for someone with more experience in that field. I feel that when you looked at my qualifications you already knew my experience in that field was limited Nd you could have made that judgement during the phone screening. I honestly feel like I wasted my time and took a day off work for this interview for nothing. I'm sure there are things I can improve on and I was hoping to get some feedback to help me in the future with my career search other than experience being the sole factor. That could have been easily determined by looking at my resume.
