Screening done by Hiring Manager (short teams meeting) followed by a physical interview (about 30minutes) with the managers at Tuas. Asked behavioural questions and experiences. Interviewers were friendly and straightforward. Unfortunately the HR manager ghosted after verbal offer..
Face-to-face interview, asked general questions such as your future career outlook, and reason for applying for role and impression of the role based on the JD. The job involves a lot of heavy lifting, so a few questions was also asked based on whether you do e.g exercise, sports, etc, anything to indicate your fitness level and labour capability.
