Interview
There were three rounds of interviews. The first round was a phone screening with HR, where they asked general questions about my resume and motivation. The second round was a technical interview with two engineers where I solved algorithm problems and discussed system design. The final round was a behavioral interview with the hiring manager via Zoom.

Interview
Short interview with very easy questions, such as what's your understanding of asset management? What's the different between CN and US economy, etc. Nothing much to worry about. And some short questions regarding the details of the resume.
Candidates were interview 4 rounds, respectively by the regional department director, regional gerneral manager, headquater department direcor and CEO. HRs and the interviewers are professional. The 4 rounds of interview feels comfortable and efficient.
