LongView International interview questions

Phone interview and then a 2nd interview which was a 2 hour overview of the company and how they do things and how everything works including their pay structure. The second interview had no questions involved at all and I found that very odd. Also in the following room there was like Kumbya circle it was almost like a brainwashing event.I felt the person who ran the second interview knew his stuff and what He was talking about .Just had no idea what they were doing . They did say they always interview but not always hire. I left that meeting convinced I was not going to get chosen. If you looked around the office and saw all the employees in the building I knew that they obviously look for youth and don't want experienced people. To bad .
