The interviewer was very nice and engaging. Asked a variety of questions about availability then asked to do the assessment for further interviewing. I felt at ease and I feel like I have a good chance.

Interview
They will ask you about your resume, your interests, your past experience about customer service and technology. There will be 3 interview including phone interview, an assessment, and a in-person interview. Generally speaking the manager was really nice.
