Fairly simple interview process with two rounds of interviews focused on general customer service scenarios, communication skills, and basic product knowledge. Questions were straightforward, conversational, and designed to assess professionalism, problem-solving ability, and customer interaction experience

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at London Drugs (Calgary, AB) in Jan 2026
Interview
Met with the department manager, was a casual and pleasant conversation. Mostly asking questions about myself and past experience. Felt like it was more about gauging how I would do vs my past experiences.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at London Drugs (Winnipeg, MB) in Sept 2025
Interview
2 seperate interview, one with manager and another with assistant Manager. Interview was pretty easy and they were nice. I was over qualified so that brought up a concern but I guess they didn't mind long as I was fine with the pay.
