The interview was offered to me through Pareto Law and the entire process took about a week. They had no UK offices at the time so the interview took place in a pub near the hotel they were staying at. This and their manner and questions put me at ease very quickly. After the interview I was emailed a follow up question that they wanted a to take a bit more time to answer and soon after I did answer I received my offer.
