The hiring process was smooth and quick! I applied online and within a few days had a phone screen with the in house recruiter. She gave a lot of good information about the company and the role. Within a week I did a phone screen with the VP of Sales and in a few short days I was on site interviewing with the VP of Sales and other stakeholders across a variety of teams. The on site interview consisted of a 1:1 conversation with each person and a final 10 minute presentation that I gave to the group demonstrating my knowledge and fit for the role. I was given instructions a few days before to prepare and they were very open to questions to make sure I understood what the presentation should pertain to. Everyone asked great engaging questions and seemed dedicating to finding the right person for the role - which I appreciated. I also wasn't local and they paid for my trip to the office to interview which was impressive. Overall, great interview experience!
