Interview
The interview process began in July and consisted of multiple stages. Throughout the process, I had excellent support from the Talent Acquisition team, who were responsive, helpful, and clear in their communication. There was a good level of transparency around expectations, timelines, and next steps, and I received timely and constructive feedback after each stage. The team was also very flexible and accommodating during the summer holiday period, which made the overall experience smooth and positive.

Question 1
We discussed cross-functional collaboration and how to deliver and realize strategic value, including mapping measurable business outcomes and success metrics, stakeholder mapping, and long-term strategic account development planning. We also talked about the challenges and opportunities I’ve handled, and how these experiences contributed to my personal and professional growth.

Interview
I attended two interviews. I was told I would hear back from them, however I was then Ghosted. No response to requests for updates or feedback just totally ignored. So rude when people take the time to prepare for interviews, says an awful lot about how this company treats people.
