Lockheed Martin Proposal Manager interview questions

This was a senior role yet the interview process was incredibly simple. I went from submitting an application to being invited to a meeting with three senior members of the team. I had to ask the recruiter for a pre-screen ahead of the interview just so I could get some basic information. All but two of the questions asked were behavioral-based. I did terribly! Honestly, I wasn’t expecting such basic “tell me about a time when...” type questions so wasn’t the least bit prepared. The interview format was very structured - three Lockheed employees took turns asking questions. There was about 10 minutes at the end to ask questions. I was so thrown off by the experience, I asked few questions. I fumbled through all of it and was thoroughly embarrassed by the end. Practice STAR, people! It was a great experience nonetheless. The people who interviewed me were friendly, bright, and clearly passionate about their work. Whoever received the job offer will be joining a good team.
