This was a virtual interview with camera on, there were 3 members on the panel. Starts out with introductions, then moved to the question phase, there were about 4-5 questions asking you to tell them about a time when you experienced a situation. You are expected to answer with real examples of how you handled a similar situations.

Tell us about a time you led a team through change.
Relatively slow process. Takes too long to schedule and conduct interviews. Waiting for a decision took even longer. Interview was not overly difficult and the interviewers were pleasant and professional.
