I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Hill AFB, UT) in Feb 2024
Interview
Mostly behavior based. Asked questions relating personality, previous fits in teams. Not much work experience aside from internship, so a couple question about school projects. Couple of questions about my 'role' on each team I was on.
Very comfortable and relaxed environment. Felt like interviewers, (1 lead, 1 intermediate), genuinely cared about my experience, possible fit on their team.

I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in May 2026
Interview
It was easy. They asked me very basic questions like what is a stack. Before that, there was a phone screen which they just asked me to tell me about myself, etc.
Primarily Behavioral. Walked through my resume and asked questions about coursework and what languages I was comfortable in. Did not ask me anything too technical, instead just asked questions about my projects and experiences.
