Very laid back, friendly, informal. I was made aware of all job openings in the local area. Went over experience and personal acquaintances with the company. We covered all of the benefits that Lockheed had to offer, promotion process, and rough pay guess-timation.

Intense but thoroughly conducted. Very professional. Be prepared to answer in-depth questions and try to stick with the STAR method. These positions are very competitive and there will be very capable candidates.
