I received a phone call two weeks prior to the interview notifying me that they wanted to fly me to Maryland for an interview - they paid for all means of transportation, hotel, food, etc. There was no pre-screen phone interview; which shocked me. The interview was very relaxed, they brought about 15-20 college students into the room and fed us lunch. All of the managers took turns introducing themselves, then they asked specific people for interviews. I interviewed with two managers, the questions were not technical at all. In between interviews I talked to one of the managers that worked in my hometown and mentioned that I grew up there even though I go to college in Utah. I received a phone call from that manager about 4-5 days after with an offer.

Good and concise, mainly behavioral and may sneak in a few verbal technical questions. Make sure you know your leetcode easy and some mediums. Otherwise, you should be good, but could see some surprises
