Good. Concise. Clear and fast communication until the last final decision. If you receive the job you will hear from them. Be prepared for technical questions. Was with a group of 4 other engineers in the hiring team.

Do you have a Lean certification/are you willing to obtain lean certification?
It was a panel of 4 members from the IE team and HR. A lot of the behavioural questions were read off a sheet. Overall decent interview process. They asked me to analyse a couple of graphs and voice my thought process

Quick, easy, kept changing interview times, but overall not overly complicated. They were really nice, but could not answer some of my questions and also interviewed me for the wrong location.
good interview challenging with pannel I would prep behavioral questions if you are interviewing for this job. Don't go unprepared also know about the company and who you are interviewing with
