1st Interview:
I was initially contacted by a recruiter saying there was interest for me to join the SLDP (security(, however when I was actually called I was being interviewed by someone interested in me for the ELDP. Anyway, she was nice and a bit straight forward. She asked me to tell her more about myself and and my goals. Then she asked me a bit of why I wanted to work at Lockheed (like she made me explain myself in detail, so you might wanna prepare that). Then it was Q&A. My advice is to make sure you do your research and ask questions and use that time to tell them what you didn't get to say during the questioning. This will help you.
2nd interview:
I may be an exception, because most of my peers seem to go through a face to face hiring event type interview, but mine was a panel interview over the phone (i was abroad at the time, so yes, they are very accommodating). Anyway, in that panel interview, I was grilled by 3 ladies who had their own questions which kinda differed from each others. In my interview, my first interviewer was present, but she didnt talk much (she's my boss now, so take this with as you will), but she was in charge of connecting me with the rest of the panel. Each person had their version of behaviourial questions and were looking for different aspects of me. However, all of them had the similar format of "Tell me a time where/when". So prepare for that. They also ask meta questions (question digging into your answer to a main previous question). However one person asked me those dreaded questions of "What is the greatest strength you will bring to Lockheed?" and "What is your greatest weakness?"
