One campus interview, one phone interview, one on-site interview. On campus interview was with a college recruiter and was brief and pleasant, the phone interview was with HR and was not focused on the job so much as legal box-checking, and the on-site interview was more along the lines of a sales job than an attempt to see if I would fit the position.

The interview seem a bit too informal. I spent a lot of time preparing for it, just for the interviewers to seemingly speak more than me. I was not very impressed with the questions that were asked.
