I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
The home of the holidays hiring event was hosted in Fort Worth, Texas and all STEM majors were encouraged to come interview for entry level positions. The event was open to graduates between 2018 and 2020. The event had probably close to 2000 people in attendance, so there was a lot of waiting, but the Lockheed team did a great job of organizing and orchestrating everything. In the end, there was about a 20 minute interview and a chance to talk with some Lockheed Martin executives.

Question 1
Although the interview was short, the interview wanted to know about my work experience up to that point and also wanted to know why I chose engineering and why Lockheed Martin.
Easy and very straight, felt more like a conversation and some topics of the jobs position, didn't really get any behavior questions or questions about my resume, I had to bring them up and link them to the role.
Fairly simple. It was mostly just behavioral questions that were mostly team oriented. There were 4 questions within the timespan of the interview. The person was very sweet and enjoyed what I had to say.
