I was first contacted by phone by the hiring manager and then met with the manager and a few employees a few weeks later. They asked common interview questions.
It wasn't a very technical interview it was more personal based and my teamwork stle. They asked alot of the basic questions like tell us about a time you were ina difficult situation at work and hwd you fix it .
