I initiated the introductions to clarify roles and objectives. * No guidance or structure was provided beyond a vague opening prompt. 2. Professional Demeanour * One interviewer displayed persistent irritation, likely stemming from a technical-depth mismatch. Throughout, he maintained closed body language and, at one point, laughed quietly in response to a genuine question. * Gestures of basic collegiality (e.g., eye contact, nods) were notably absent. 3. Agenda Compliance * The published agenda reserved time at the end for candidate questions. After my third query, the irritated interviewer stated, "We must be mindful of the time," despite the pair having exceeded their own allocated segment and leaving exactly three minutes for questions. 4. Closure * The interview terminated abruptly without summary, next-step outline. Conclusion The interview team needs basic training on how to run an interview, manage time, and treat candidates. Until then, expect a poor experience.
