1- Initial telephonic screening by HR. 2- Telephonic technical round 1 3- Onsite technical round 2 The Hiring HR was immature . This was quite evident in the telephonic conversation we had - Realized from the - " Hinglish (Hindi +English) + A south indian accent he used. Onsite round 1 was scheduled with the same guy who took telephonic interview. The interviewer realized this and mentioned that we shouldn`t repeat. Onsite round 2 was a mix of few technical problems , one puzzle and few situation based questions. Interviewer was a Dev interviewing a QA. For one of the questions - I mentioned as per process QA sign off won`t be provided if there are pending bugs which seemed to have irked and probably was a reason for rejection.
